i have started using fresh ground beef for our burgers.....these were made from chuck and boneless beef short ribs...ground right before i grilled them....bacon and bleu cheese burger with home cut fries...and an ice cold coke....will never buy store bought hambuger meat for burgers again

So how long was the meat frozen before you ground it? Fresh to me means freshly killed and cooked shortly after. Either way it still looks damn good to eat, I hope thats not mayo I see,, a burger needs mustard.
