I'm dropping a canada goose off at the taxidermist this evening and I am not sure how I want it done. I have never had any birds taxidermified before. I'm thinking that a 6 foot wingspan in the living room isn't gonna go over real well with the wife, so probably sitting.

Please post some pics of your geese to help me decide.

I'm thinking you need to do some work on your wife. Maybe you can do something more cupped so it's not as stretched out?

This!

In my opinion the beauty of these big geese is their size, so taking that away from them is pointless to me. But yes maybe something cupped up, coming in to land will look cool. Exposing the chest and still having the wings cupped would look good.

This is a lesser, but a big Canada will look good too.

Depends on the room, I like the sitting pose.

If you do a goose with a base with stubble habitat that looks pretty sharp.especially if the bird is posed in the sentinel position.

OMG, this is the best slumber party ever!
