LOL... No, doesn't have A/C unless you count open windows from Nov thru March wink Does have a futon, heater and a coleman stove though.

Stayed in it this past weekend. I've got an Elusive Wildlife Kill Light attached to the bottom of the feeder, but no hogs came in. I do have a bunch of Trophy Raccoons hitting the feeder though. Got to be some 30+ pounders in that bunch. Going to take my 22lr with me this weekend and thin them out a bit.

Just an idea....you have so much wall space that you could put up some 4x6 pictures of you and your boy with the deer that you've taken out of the blind..as the years go by and he gets bigger it will be a cool reminder of your hunts

Hey Rob... that's a great Idea! I've got a few pics, but will start making a point to always take pics going forward. Here is a pic of a 10PT I took from the Condo last year.

Thats awesome man. I never understoon guys who build a blind from scratch, and make it 4'x4'x5'.

Me and my dad built one when i was a kid that was 7'x7'x7' and i thought it was huge! 10x10 is awesome. really nice job.

LOL....no permit:-). As you can see from the pics, it was built of 4x8 pannels, so it was relatively easy to assemble in the field.

The absolute biggest advantage to the size is that we can stay in there the night before a hunt.... soooo.. we make no noise at all driving in and getting to the stand in the morning. We're already there. Get to sleep a hour & 1/2 more as well. Also, all the windows have an "outer" plywood sliding window and an "inner" plexiglass window. So when we are in there at night we can close the outter plywood windows and no light gets out.

Works very well.

Great looking stand! How did you handle the roof and make it water tight?

Hey XCHIEF47

First I put flat 4x8 pannels on and then covered that with a tin roof raised on one side and sealed the cracks with spray in foam.
