They've been trying to sell that thing for a few years. I'm surprised one of these huge ranches hasn't grabbed it up. With an electric winch, you could forego the stairs altogether.

Old guys and fat boys need not concern themselves. Not necessarily. If they can afford to buy it, ship it, have a pad made, and have it erected...I am pretty sure they could afford to put in a small 2 man elevator.
