I order a 20" AR kit from these guys 6 weeks ago and I can't get a hold of anyone to see what is taking so long. I've called, their vmail is full, I've emailed and got no response. I did some research and it looks like they are living up to their TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE reputation. Has anyone ordered successfully from these guys recently?

Orders placed with them in late December / early January seem to be shipping about now. I'm waiting on a bolt carrier group from them and, even though they warned me that my order may take as much as eight weeks to ship, I agree that six weeks without a tracking number and no practical way to check on the order doesn't exactly foster a perception of wonderful customer service.

There are some people on this forum who have successfully purchased from them, however. I kinda feel like "I knew who I was dealing with" and if I receive my order before March they will have met my expectations.

Ordered a 16" twister barrel upper early last week and it shipped satuday evening. Although I don't like people advertising Rguns stuff. It's one of the few places that has anything in stock at a decent price.

Lots of bad internet press on rguns.net.

But rguns.com is stand up and a mod on here

Really? What's been said so bad about them? I look all over at reviews and product testing and I really couldnt find anything negative about the company

I researched them a while back and came across some stuff on them. Either 24hr campfire and/or m4carbine.net

Just ask Sig226fan on here. His business was the original RGuns.com and he gets mixed up with them all the time. Lots of bad feedback from customers.

Interesting. I got email confirmation, and tracking number within a week on the upper I got. On their home page currently,it says that uppers will take AT LEAST 4 weeks to ship. Mine was more like 4-5 days. Makes me wonder if I'm actually getting what I ordered now. My dumb-arse, didnt look for customer service reviews, just product reviews. Figured it would take forever to ship/build.

I order a BCG from them 1/7, still haven't received it. But then again I haven't been charged for it either. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks before I ordered. I am fine with that so I would just wait it out.

If you want stuff now, go to gunbroker and buy it at crazy prices. If not order it, be prepared to wait, and don't whine about it.

Thanks for all the good comments. I'm not whining, just a little customer care is nice. I've seen a lot of people saying how rude they are once they are contacted. Doesn't seem like good business to me.

Also, when I ordered it, the homepage did not say the four week minimum.

I ordered a few items in early january, maybe the 4th or 5th. Said 4 weeks to ship, havent seen anything except the original sales confirmation. They now have a $100 cancelation fee, so it looks like I am waiting it out. I wishI would have either waited or read more reviews.

The only real issues I have is 1. the no way to contact them. 2. If it was in stock, why 6 weeks to ship.

How is it possible to be in stock and take 6 weeks to ship? If your that busy, hire someone because obviously if you have that many orders you could afford it!

Nope, I ordered 3 BCG's 1-9-13, and I haven't heard a peep. I believe when I ordered, their website said 6 week wait. By my calculations, it's been almost 8 weeks since I placed the order.
