What's the most expensive or best gun you've bought only to find out it wasn't what you were after , shot like crap , or wished you had your money back.
Disappointment in your purchase

My Taurus 357 Mag and my brother's Taurus PT145 (45 acp). Both had major issues. If it says Taurus on it, I stay away.

#1. 3rd gen Smith and Wesson 5943, now dont get me wrong, it was reliable and smooth, but I'm not a fan of the long DA trigger.

#2. Sig P6, another great gun, sweet trigger, loved the size, the feel and it was smooth, but it would'nt feed gold dots(my SD ammo of choice) so off she went.

I will say I experinced no buyer/sellers remourse. I got awesome deals on both and sold both for more than I paid. I wouldnt mind getting my hands on another sig P6, if it had an updated feed ramp profile.

Luckily the more expensive ones I've loved . Only rifle I've owned that I didn't really like was an h&r 22-250 .... Even my old mossberg .270 shot pretty well, trigger wasn't the greatest but for a cheap rifle it shot well .

Shot my buddy's m&p sigma .40 and I'd throw that thing in the trash . The trigger is worthless

For the past 30+ years I've shot the .41 mag in three different Ruger Blackhawks. I always wanted a Marlin 1896 in .41 as a big brother to my pistol. Two years ago I finally spent the $$$$$$ and bought one from a collector. After shooting a box of 210 grain hp's thru it and shooting a doe it, and trying my best to like it I just couldn't get use to a lever gun. So I traded it for a Springfield EMP. Both are great guns but for me I prefer the EMP.

Mine is a PT145 also couldn't hit a thing with it. Wanted a carry gun so bad that I traded my baby eagle that I just bought strait up for it. Now this was when i first got into guns and didn't know any better. Now I have I guess traders remorse everytime I think about it.

Diamondback DB380. Bought it here on the forum. I knew the hit or miss history of these little guns but the seller swore he had never had any feeding or ejection issues with it so I took a chance and bought it. Well maybe he did or didnt have any issues with it but I know I dang sure did. Didnt matter what ammo I ran through it the gun would jam.

1. Walther PPKS. Stove piped out of the box, hardest slide to rack plus a god awful DA trigger. Gave it away after about a year.

2. TCP Cheap POS

Remington Express, and CZ Bobwhite.

The Express because it felt cheap, and the Bobwhite because I knew I should've held out for a 20ga instead of a 12ga.

I dont own either now.....but I do have a couple of Wingmasters and a 20ga CZ SxS lol.

Rossi .357 revolver.Looked good. You could wiggle the cylinder & it would free wheel.Hit or miss if it would line up.I never shot it.I took it back & traded it for a Smith&Wesson.
