This must be what Uncle Joe was talking about when he said it took 2 1/2-3 minutes to change a magazine. Time for the earthquake

After 3 days of paperwork filed with an ffl in triplicate and a 72 hr cooling off period then one of em will atempt the change.

I won't be surprised if this law passes. Hopefully all of the law abiding 2nd Amendment supporters will move out if this crazy state. I say welcome the normal people to the Great State orTexas.

Things like this proposed law, higher taxes and other crazy laws will drive most tax payers out of the state. California will eventually file the biggest bankruptcy in US history.

It's a shame that all of the gunowners in Ca. let them get away with this carp. Just like N.Y., the big city idots run the show and ruin it for all of the decent folks.

Maybe those of us from the "FREE" states should go "rescue" Californians from further degradation and humiliation from the idiot state leaders.

What would you do if they tried to pass something like that here.

I think they are getting what they have been electiing for years. They have to retake their state to change what's happening. Remember they sent Peloski, Fienstine, and Boxer to Washington.

Quote from article:

“We respect the Second Amendment right of law abiding citizens to have guns for hunting, for sport, for protecting their homes and families. But loopholes in California’s tough gun laws have been exploited long enough,” said Senate President pro Tempore Darrell Steinberg. “We can save lives by curbing the proliferation of guns designed to be fired and reloaded rapidly. We can save lives by getting guns and ammunition out of the hands of the wrong people. We can save lives if every gun owner knows how to safely handle those guns. And if we can save lives, we must act to do so.”

There is a kernel of truth to this statement. They will save the lives of countless violent criminals by disarming their law abiding citizens. Every time I think that state has peaked in it's idiocy, they move the bar a little higher and keep climbing.

I think there would be one hell of a fight trying to enforce it here in Free America.

My wife is from northern Cali. She has three sisters all of which are married with children. All of my inlaws are conservative. They hate the idiocy there. I always enjoy telling them how things are when they're here visiting. They're shocked at the freedoms we have.

When I was there two years ago for a funeral I got to talk shop with one of my wife's friend's husband who is a Captain on the local FD. He told me of hearing gunfire down the street almost daily. I told him I've NEVER heard a shot fired while on duty. He was very surprised. I said you have the most strict gun laws and the most gun crime. Texas has the most relaxed gun laws and the least gun crime, simple.

In the truck I have a pocket pistol, a 5" 1911, and some sort of "truck gun." He thought it was really cool when I told him how many of us roll, in Texas.

The funny thing is the liberals leave kalifornia because it was ruined by their principles and then they whine about our less restrictive laws.

And when California files for bankruptcy they should no longer be recognized as a state. They should revert back being a territory with no elected Representatives at the Federal Level.

Folks, y'all have no idea (and that's a good thing!).

Since escaping from the PDRoK (as it's known), I've had and overheard many other conversations at work about hunting, shooting, etc., that would have landed you in HR, if not proned-out by a SWAT team, in Kali.

I just wish Cabela's had still had some of their "God Bless Texas"-marked Glock 22s left that I saw on a side trip during my interview, and although neither Glocks nor Short & Weaks are on my favorites list, the sentiment certainly now is.

I speak some Kali, I will translate:

1: People's Democratic Republic of Kalifornia.
2: Talking about guns at work in Kali gets you in trouble
3: Although he isn't a fan of Glock or S&W, he would like to have one of the G22's with "God Bless Texas" engraved on it, because he is very happy to have escaped to Texas.

lol

Well, the land of fruits and nuts 'aint alone with the stupidity, though the ones getting the spotlight are states where Dem. Governors are gonna make a bid for the Presidency in 2016.

It's gotta be me. bang I just cannot fathom how people can be so literally ignorant, uninformed, and frankly stupid enough to elect these idiots.

Saving lives is not an argument that a liberal can realistically make. They absolutely LOVE the idea and practice of murdering unborn children. Make no mistake, they want total, nationwide confiscation and now that they have a little momentum, they are NOT gonna stop til they get it.

Little discussed problem...
As these jokers screw up California the voters are leaving California not having learned their lesson... They end up in some other state voting in the same agendas. Dallas TX is a perfect example as it is one of the favored cities for these "immigrants."
