This was on Lou Dobbs/Fox news last night.The DHD has amassed
1.6 BILLION rds of ammo in the last 10 months.They have 21.6 million more on order.
According to the report our armed forces used around 70 million
rds in waging war last yrar!
Why do you think they are storing all this ammo?

could be trying to dry up the market because they see some thing over the horizon I've been thinking the same thing. From other posts I've seen you make, it appears as though we think a lot alike.

They probably are selling it on the streets and at gun shows at inflated prices to the hoarders.

They probably are selling it on the streets and at gun shows at inflated prices to the hoarders. I would not doubt that also. I bet we end up finding out the materials went to china.

Keep in mind they have been buying 20+ millions rounds every six months for the last few years. However, the big billion round purchase really makes you think this is aimed at the market.
