Hope some people remember this picture. SgtMaj Kasal. Met him in SOI and worked in his office for a week. Has to be the most outstanding motivating Marine.  One of my favorite books.."My men are my heroes"...I was 3/1 India in Horno where I believe he was 3/1 Kilo...I would really like to meet him.

Chris Kyle was an awesome man!!!! He came and spoke at midlothian high last year and it was amazing. I also have been reading his book yall all need to get it.

 My MiTT team in Kuwait, August 2006 prior to arriving in Iraq. I am on the far right.  Just after my Iraqi patrol that I was embedded with was hit in a combined arms ambush  A successful mission to FOB Bernstein, no one died on that trip.  Being awarded a Combat Action Badge for another combined arms ambush after hitting an IED near Riyadh, near Hawijah, Iraq
 Korea is nothing like Germany, and no amount of Army Modernization propaganda will convince me otherwise. I miss my wife and kids something fierce
