In this market, it's anyone's guess. Stainless mini-30s in good-excellent condition are going for $1100 to $1500 on the auctions. I would be inclined to think that blued versions would be a little less, but probably not much.
I'm not aware of Ruger announcing the discontinuance of the Mini-30 and it certainly appears that they can still be ordered from their website.
