I finally got some venison out to cook on sunday, and man was it good. On the right I have some jalapeno/cheese venison sausage, bacon-wrapped venison with a slice of jalapeno in the middle and some leftover boudain. I also butterflied a whole backstrap and laid some boudain in it, then bacon-wrapped it and threw it on the grill (saw this on another THF member's recipe post). The stuffed bacon-wrapped backstrap was one of the best things I've ever eaten.

That looks so good.

yep, the stuffed bacon wrapped backstrap takes a bit of time to prepare, but well worth it in the end!!!
