I know JC and have worked with him on many ocassions. He is truly a fine man. I was shocked to hear the news. Such a tragedy at a relatively young age. He hasn't even been retired for 2 years yet. I know there is still one young one at home with the Mrs. I am sure if they knew that they would appreciate all ya all support and prayers.

Did he cover Terrell too a few years ago? Seems like his name is familiar. I'm thinking we met him in our camp while we hunted in Dryden.

I hunted Lake Amistad public bow-hunting for 10 yrs before I ever picked up a gun, Met several gw's and he probably was one of them. They were always the nicest, most informative, fun guys who even became your friend. My heart goes out to him and his family.

JC is a long time friend of mine. I will be at his funeral tomorrow. I have been a Policeman since 1981 and it is safe for me to say that JC Flores is the finest man to ever wear a badge.
