Just got word that Juan Carlos (JC) Flores, retired GW from Val Verde County had a massive anorism and was taken to a hospital in San Antonio where he is on life support until his son can return from overseas. Supposedly he will be taken off life support once all the family members are there.
I won't get anymore details because I will be on the road again tomorrow.
Next to Eliseo Padilla (Zapata/Starr counties) JC was one of the finest GW I ever knew or worked with. My condolences to the family and the entire Texas GW community.

Feeder sorry to hear about your GW friend's acute condition. I have crossed paths in a good way with Mr. Eliseo down in Zapata county. A real standup guy. I hope for a peaceful closure for the Flores' family.

I know JC and have worked with him on many ocassions. He is truly a fine man. I was shocked to hear the news. Such a tragedy at a relatively young age.
