The past few days have really been producing some really nice plummed out birds, also my first blue wing drake, he was killed this am.

You really think they're headed back already? I know the weather is doing some crazy things, but I just don't see them making a push north this early. I saw that pic and figured it was just a loner that hooked up with some gwt.

That is one beautiful BWT, and I know not everyone likes a spoonie, but those are plumed out very nice! I hop to get one fully plumed before seasons over for a mount... more rare then you would think!

A great spoonie drake is one of the hardest birds to get from a taxidermy standpoint. That one on the right is solid!

We are seeing birds coming back north. Loaded up with pins and redheads last couple days with the south wind. My partners landed a flock of 1000+ pins at our place mon. Couldn't shoot in fear of killing too many.
