Well our deer lease was a total bust for deer this year but we have a ton of hogs! The landowner is working to trap and rid as many as possible. I am looking for 5 or 6 guys around the lufkin area that might want to come down and harvest some tasty critters. Not charging or anything just looking for some very responsible like minded folks to get together and have a good safe time shooting some pigs. PM me with a number and I'll be in touch. I have no idea how many will want to come but I only have room for me and my buddy plus 5 or 6. Let me know!
Lease is in Lufkin. I will certainly reserve the right to run someone off at the first sign of jackass-ed-ness

I would love to come help take care of this problem My place in Fannin co is turning into a great deer camp now that the hogs have seemed to disappear. I think the drought a few years back turned them towards the red river. Not a big problem cause I like my management efforts I've seen but miss the target practice. I love stalking pigs with my bow but would also like to see what my new savage axis .308 will do to one. I'm down for any weekend and would love to help and even trade hunts. Sent you a PM... Just for the record, how do you guys hunt them? We have a bunch of damage from them, but they come in after dark and are unpredictable (see photo). You guys have them during daylight? At feeders? Or is this spot & stalk at night? I'm setup for whatever, just wondering...

Me and my buddy Monte can run dogs down there and get all of em off or try to at least. He has a great success rate.
