Last year I helped guide some folks for pigs near Turkey. I liked the country and now wonder how much it costs to lease out that way? I'd be interested in a larger lease, say 1000ac and up, possibly have 3 even 4 others that may throw in as well. Prefer year-round access. Most of us are contractors so we can fix stuff we find broken around the place, etc.

Mainly the type of place ends up being the desirable trait-elevations, canyons, rough country is what we want.
