Doubt it. Got this email from Midway today:
We have been holding some products for you, waiting for other items to arrive so we could ship your order complete. However, we believe an Executive Order could be released any day prohibiting the sale of certain products such as high-capacity magazines and AR-15 parts and accessories. Therefore we have done a partial release of your backorders to ensure that any of these items and other items we had in inventory waiting to ship complete are all on their way, in case such an Order is forthcoming. You will receive a shipping notification shortly. Other items on backorder, that we have not yet received, are not affected by this partial release.

How hard is it to build an upper from scratch? Anyone know of a checklist of parts to order to build one?

Collecting parts for a 6.8x43 pistol....nice timing since the barrel is due tomorrow!

I called their customer service and they confirmed that they are in fact in stock and it's not a website glitch. That was as of 4:00 this afternoon.

Hope u have better luck than I Holding the Bison 8.5" 6.8 pistol barrel and linear brake right here in my hand--came today! And I just got a UPS tracking number for the upper I ordered YESTERDAY from Midway!

What time of day did u order the upper ? Mine still say processing  I thought u were waiting for a barrel to come in stock . I have for 4 months now

I ordered one and so did a buddy around 4 yesterday, both of ours are shipped with a tracking number. Yep, about 4 pm yesterday for me also. I looked up AO Precision before I ordered and they are a fairly major DOD supplier.
