I have always run the same KC lights, the 130 watt daylighters 2- driving and 2 long range, and they have served me quite well for 10 years. I still have them on my jeep, but need some for my F-150. I was wondering if over the past 10 years there are any other lights that are as good as the KC lights, in durability and light output, but maybe for a lower price? I know there is LED and HID, but those are $$$ and I can't justify the cost vs use. Again, I will be getting 2-driving and 2-long range.

They are all pretty pricey for quality lights, no matter what route you take. But dont forget to look on ebay, I have seen some pretty good deals on the LED light bars there.

If you want some good LED lights, bars and single lights, let me know. I can get you pretty much any size that is similar to the Rigid led lights out there. They aren't "as" expensive, but are a little more than the average light. Led lights will be brighter and last longer than most everything out there. I'm in the process of putting a 40" on my Jeep and also swapping out all my PIAA and two KC lights on my F-250 to them.

LED Is the way to go. A little more pricey but has 10 times the life, brighter, less power to run them, they can handle the shock, vibration and elements more. Check out www.pitprovenperformance.com for a good deal on lights.
