Place is north of Childress and close to Oklahoma boarder along the river. I will hope to have all worked out by next week

Ranch is north of childress of of 83 and 10 miles east on cnty rd k.
Working out lease agreement with owner. Hope to finalize by next weekend.
I do have 7000 south of town with ranch on both sides of Pease and 6 fields.
This is a jewel ! I have a group that's been trying to come up with the funds;-)
Looking for back ups if the mail doesn't get here.
