Now that I have the skull boiled and all the tissue extracted from all the nooks and crannies ( which was the hardest part) do you recommend bleaching the skull as the next step or do I need to soak it in another solution in order to make sure there will be no smell in case I missed something ? The nose canal was the hardest part to get everything out but I'm sure there might be some tissue left that I can't get to. In all the skull is pretty well clean . What kind of bleach ? What strenghth ? Or should I just use white spray paint ?

Try using the peroxide paste like they use on hair (my wife's not mine). Should be able to get it at a beauty supply place. Just be a little careful, it is not skin friendly but it works great on skulls.

There are some really good old threads on here about euros that will be very helpful. Use the search feature and that will lead you to them.

40% peroxide gel is the best thing you can use. It can be found in a beauty supply store like Sally's.

The peroxide from Sally is 40 volume NOT 40%. Don't get confused cause it can hurt ya. I use 35% food grade and it is stout stuff.

NO BLEACH...good advice above. Paint it on with a small brush, keep off antlers. Repeat until satisfied.
If it were me....I degrease for a while first (few days to a week in a mix of dawn and water). Change out water/dawn a couple of times. For me, makes the bleach job much quicker/better. The oil in the skull can be very difficult to bleach and may smell.
Note: I have never boiled one, just macerated...so not sure how clean of a skull you're starting with.

I put Borax in the water when I boil, then I scrub the skull with dish soap and a toothbrush. It cuts most of the grease. I'm thinking your method would cut even more.
