Found this pistol tucked away in my grandfather-in-laws sock drawer after he passed away. Where can I go look up serial number to find out how old it is? It's an 8 shot .22

Start a google search. It's an Iver Johnson Sealed 8. They made them in LOTS of variations over a long period of time. Good luck.

I was going to say.. If it has a serial number, it's not THAT old. My dad still has some without serial numbers
