Pico's in Bellaire (Houston) is hard to beat. Just don't get the biggest one, if you plan to leave after the meal.

And Chuy's has a good one too.

Have you been to Tony's? I have been to Chuy's many a times and they are not close in my opnion.

As a retired bartender it's hard to beat homemade. Out, I like the Horny Toad at Papasitos. The worst I have ever had was definitely at Cabo Wabo in Cabo San Lucas.

Just add a slash of Everclear to your own ritas - that's what most of the restaurants listed above do anyway.
