My father-in-law is now retired and has decided he needs to 1) get out of the house more and 2) get a lease to share with his two son-in-laws. I'm already hunting Mills county so I'm trying to find something for us either there or San Saba, Hamilton, Lampasas or Llano counties. Only expectation is that it's year-round and no issue with us bringing our young sons with us. That's his goal, to see his grandsons hunt and enjoy the outdoors.
