Canvas back deeks in your spread? I am just curious I picked some up to use as kind of a confidence deek.

Yes. I use cans, coots, pins, and scaup/ ringers. Leave your decoys out, get 1/4-1/2 mile away and see which ones u can still see. Black and white are visible from a long way out. Cans will also land right to the can decs almost 100% of the time.

We use to get Cans to deek up on 2 liter bottles painted black when I was younger and poorer!

i know a guy who bought some GHG cans this year and was so excited he slept with them in his bed for a couple nights. I dont think hes shot any birds over them though...
I like spoonie, his humor is dryer than my duck lease.

i know a guy who bought some GHG cans this year and was so excited he slept with them in his bed for a couple nights. I dont think hes shot any birds over them though... And probably hasnt been intimate with anyone either

On one lease I do cuz we see some on over half our hunts. And I agree when those dekes are out they will land right with them 90% of the time.
On another lease or on public I don't since I never see any.
