Got to take my grandson to our place in Terrell county the day after Christmas, his first time. We had a great time looking for "fossils" and arrowheads, sitting in the blind, exploring, etc. Every time I feel like I am getting old I think how lucky I am to have a little guy like him around. Kind of takes the sting out of it. Exploring:  In the blind:  Spelunking:  Cave:  Cave ceiling etching from 1919  Cave:  Cave is at bottom of this bluff  Our "swimming pool"  Warming up  Headed to dinner

Good looking Kiddo and Nice place, Dig that Cave. You can go several hundred yards back in the cave if you squeeze between the opening on the right side. I did it a lot in my teens and 20's but I guess earthquakes and ground shifts have made the opening smaller...Or I have got too fat...Nah, that cant be it, earthquakes!

Great pics of the little guy. That is a neat looking place. Probably a shelter for the earliest indigenous people. I know a fellow that has a place outside Sanderson, he has found lots of artifacts there. Good times.
