We have been looking at properties around Abilene. I assume the hog and deer hunting is pretty good in that area?

Lots of hogs, deer are fair. Plenty of stuff to shoot at.

Where would be a better place for deer? Like I said we are looking to buy, but we do want to be convienant to Abilene and Big Spring V.A. but not necessarily in Big Spring. We would like to get at least 10 acres but naturally more is better for deer and hogs.

I have also been looking for property around Big Spring and San Angelo. Were in a pretty good position to buy something, so we might as well do it right the first time. I wonder which is actually better for deer and hogs.
