A ranger is a ranger and a jeep is a jeep. I love both but I like the ease of entry/exit in the Ranger. Also I dont have another insurance/liscense bill. I can take the Ranger on the sporting clays course which is part of the reason I bought it. Can't do that with a jeep. I got a 2013 500 crew. Havn't regretted the 500 yet. I will have few times that the horsepower will make the difference. Just where I roll, I guess.
