Im going hog hunting in a few months and want to do a head mount of my 1st hog, no matter the size {within range}
whats should I expect to pay?

You get what you pay for in most cases, but you need to check out Taxidermists and check out there work. Once you find a good one stick with them. Just because a guy will charge $100 less than the guy down the road doesnt make it a good idea. Your the one that has to look at it for the rest of your life. I know guys that charge more than anyone else around them but dont do as quailty a job as the competition. In the end there work speaks volumes. If you like the work, pay what they charge. Skinner

i think the you get what u pay for saying is crap,,,some people dont feel they have to charge as much as others ,,,and still do a good job ,,,jmo ,,,thats all i will say

I won't say much about "you get what you pay for", but I won't touch a hog for less than 500.00. If you car shop like you taxidermy shop and go with price, you'd end up driving a YUGO!
