I hear you BMD. Have you had a set of the MT's and how do they ride on pavement, both street and hwy. I love the look of that tire and am considering those.
Thanks for any feedback you can provide.

I have had both toyo outlasted the nitto by 10-15k. All I can go by is experience I am not discounting your experience by any means, but tire wear is very subjective, however. There are too many variables that go into determining tire wear...unrealistic expectations, driving habits, terrain, maintenance, etc. On my Dodge 2500 Cummins crew cab short box 4wd, I've got right at 50k on 285/75/17E Nitto Terra Grapplers with about 12k of that with moderately heavy towing. I'll probably get another 3-5k if I am gentle. Couldn't ask for better wear.

I traded in a 2005 dodge ram 2500 cummins. I am gonna miss it but I had it for 6 years and it was time for something else. You made a wise choice getting out of the 2500 diesel. I own a business and pull a 10-14,0000 payload every day, and I can't justify owning a diesel pickup. With the additional cost of the diesel motor and higher fuel and maintenance costs, I just couldn't figure out how to make the diesel pay out for me, and I am currently driving a 2011 F250 with the 6.2l v8 gas motor and a F550 with the 6.8l v10. I am not a Dodge man, but that is a beautiful truck!!!

I tow with this truck 2-3 days a week and have 34k on the tires. I should easily get 50k out of them.

Thanks for any feedback you can provide. Yes and that is what I will replace the 37x13.5 mud grapplers with.
