The lease is in south west sutton county in flat rock draw there will be 13 guns it has water and electric

What kind of livestock on the ranch? Owner have the stock or is the grazing leased to someone else? Oilfield activity? Hwy/road frontage?

How will it be divided it may be 300 acres per gun but if there are no boundries how does that work? Looking for 2013 lease single gun.

There is highway frontage no livestock on ranc.we will have 16 to 17 feeders and stands and thay will de open to every one stand will be # so every one knows where U are hunting

I hunted in near Sonora for quite a few years and I never saw a $3,000.00 lease anywhere in that area. Average bucks at best on a good year.
