Day lease offered in N. Kaufman county in the Poetry Bottoms off HY. 34. Very prime WT area.
$100 per day and tree stands are in place over feeders.

I live in Corsicana and was considering the possibility of doing some near by day hunts during the Christmas-New years break for myself and wife. Can you pm me with some more info? I see you have tree stands, do you have any ground stands in place? I have pop up blinds, but not sure how accutomed your deer would be to a new stand setup. Is 100.00 per total price with no kill or trophy fees? Chances of shooting hogs as well? Thanks!

Can u post any trail cam pics?
If I send my neighbors a text and ask them to give me feedback on my lawn and plant rye into a giant dong pattern, I'm probably going to get some less than positive feedback. Same goes here.

OK here what we have and what I think is needed.
I have two feeders since August 200 yards apart. One is pushed up into the woods where the bucks hang out. I have 6 to 10 does daily morning and evening usually under the feeders.
A pop up blind , some estrus scent and a south wind, a caller, some antlers and maybe a buck decoy and body spray. The trick is to get the bucks to show themselves thinking a doe is hot or that there is another buck to get rid of and BANG you get a shot.

Got some trail CAM pictures and no great ones. Appears that there is an 8 and a 10 point still around that will pass the 13 inch antler restrictions we have.

Since Kaufaman county dosn't have a doe season without a permit, do you have doe tags as MLD or LAMPS permits? Is there a trophy fee for bucks or is it 100.00 a day for doe and bucks as long as they meet Ar restrictions? Also how many acres?

yes the youth doe leases are in Hunt county where there is a doe season at Thanksgiving and allows for youth to shoot does during youth only season. Yes there is a $750 buck kill fee as we have lots of does and not so many bucks.
I also do day leases in Kaufman county for AR bucks only. $100 per day $200 buck kill fee. OIpenings Saturday and Sunday.
