I agree with Huntsmanda. It's fake... That's my vote.

Bobcat. Why is everyone saying it is too big to be a bobcat. What are yall using as a reference to size?

The blown up pic looks like a scotty dog to me, but they are not any bigger than a bobcat.

Definitly NOT a fake pic. This is here on my farm, not at a lease. And, I pulled this off my camera myself today. I just didnt know what it was. Its just wierd that it looks like you can see smooth muscle tone on the body. I have had bobcats in the area, and dogs. I can tell you neing familar with the area, it is WAY too big to be a domestic/feral cat. When I first saw the pic, I thought it was a mt lion, but after zooming in, I didnt think so, but the head looked too compact to be a dag.

I didnt think about that, its been three days but will go check tomorrow. My cows dont have access to this area, so maybe any tracks would still be there.

Guys, this is not a lease or anywhere that someone could come on and play a trick on me. This is my farm. Only people who would trespass around here would be looking to steal something and likely to get shot. I dont have trickster friends, youd have to have friends for that to happen, lol.

That is one big tom!

Hunt hard and you might get him, I've had bobcats frequent areas around my feeders for weeks at a time. Just don't forget to come back here and post pics if you do!

Please don't think that I was accusing you of trying to pull one over on anyone. It just looks too manufactured to me. The face looks flat, the body looks like it tapers too much. The shadows are funny. The back left leg looks deformed. Looks to me like someone tried to put some junk together to look like an animal. There is lots of color in the photo but the animal/object just looks black.

Let us know if/when you find any tracks - feline, canine or human. Or get a better pic...
