While feeding this morning ran on to this fresh kill from last night. The deer come out to these open coastal bermuda fields to bed at night where they are safe from predators. Not so anymore. Finding more and more deer kills especially this time of year. This is a young 4 point buck. You can't see tracks on this grassy surface but more that likely a pack of yotes probably with some young. I have seen as many as five or six adults in a pack in the late afternoon. might be a little early for pups

We found one on our place this weekend, young Doe got it by the yotes.
