Do we have any on here? We are going to look at a property between Ennis and Kemp this weekend, and I wanted to know what ya'll think. What is the deer quality and quantity like? Any pigs? Are poachers and trespassers a big problem? Good groundwater and rainfall in the area?

My cousin and I own 200 or so acres on the east side of Athens off the loop just south of 37 and we see/kill some bigguns down there. Seems we have pigs but they just travel through when it's rainy. We try to manage the place and we plant oats every year and they do really well. We bowhunt only the place but it is a beautiful place. Love the pines we got and so do the wildlife. Good luck
