Just curious how long will my jerky be good for after I open the vacuum sealed bag? Tips on making it last longer?

Put it in a ziplock and refrigerate it. It should last for (at least) many months.

Put it in a ziplock and refrigerate it. It should last for (at least) many months. +1

Freeze it, it will not last like store bought jerky.

Deer jerky never last that long around my house In fact it don't even get to cool off.

Package it in bags with five or six pieces, then you do not have to worry about it going bad. Freeze all the small bags, they will last a long time in freezer and defrost quickly.
