Called this tom in and shot it the night before last about 100 yards behind my girlfriends house. I wish I would of weighed it but couldn't find my scale. Any guesses on weight?

Wow. Nice bobcat and congrat's. The fellas are way better at this than I am, but I'm guessing a good 40 pounds.

Oh and he measured about 32" from tip of nose to tip of tail and his stomach was 27 and 3/4" around if that helps.

Based on your measurements somewhere in the 20-23lb range. Have a 21lb 12oz cat in the living room that is 24 tip to tip hope that helps

Check that i misread yours as 23 not 32" at 32" tip to tip it's probably around 35lbs. shot one a few years ago that was 34" and weighed 36lbs

A friend of mine claimed to have killed 50 lb bobcat and showed me pic. It was big but NOT THAT BIG! That is a monster. I still dont believe a 50 lb bobcat exists so Im going to say 40 lbs on yours. Im anxious to see what it was so I can show my buddy hes full of BS

??? So yours is 8" shorter and you think it weighs the same?

That's a giant bobcat....I'm guessing at least 35 lbs.

as a referance, I just skinned out a cat I shot last week and measured him for the form I'm mounting him on. He had a 2 inch eye to nose measurement, 21 inch stomach (on skinned carcas) and a 31 inch nose to tail base (on carcas) measurement. And he weighed 24.8 pounds with a full stomach. And he did not look at all as big as that one. That is a stud cat!
