So what actually ended up happening to FAT SACK? Was he poached? Nobody is saying or sure. There are rumors of course. There is a pic floating around of a state trooper holding the rack. Who knows why the state trooper is holding the rack, they might be buddies. There is a guy on TBH who says he is friends with the hunter but won't say what the deal is. He insinuated that the deer was shot legally. Apparently there is a case open, it has been stated here and over on TBH. I would assume that if everything was completely legal about the deer the hunter and his buddy would be stating that it was shot legally and not hinting around and whatnot. My guess is that the deer ran onto Corp prop after he shot it and he went in there after it with his bow and that is what they are getting him for. Complete wild [censored] guess.

He has been a hunter his whole life and is dang good at it. Just got careless chasing the big one.

He's he tagged a poacher by law? Yes, and he dang sure ain't proud of it! He has a wife and kids to raise and wants them to know right from wrong.
He didn't loose his trk, mounts, house.
He lost the horns from this buck, and the horns from on last yr.
They also took is bow and stand, but that will be returned when his fines are paid."
