 new hunter, looking for cheap meat hunt

this is my first real hunting season and I am really anxious to fill some tags. unfortunately I struck out on Does at LBJ grasslands this past weekend, so I am limited to bucks/spikes for the rest of the season where I hunt. anyone know of any good meat hunts in the $100-$200/ doe rate? close to DFW is preferable, but not a necessity.

I am in the same boat. Saw nothing during doe days in Upshur county, until the morning hunt yesterday when it was too late. New hunter here, hoping to fill my doe tags.

not to hijack the thread, but I'm in the same boat looking for cheap doe/spike/cull hunts close to the DFW area. If any of you others get something that's good for 2-3 guys, I'd be interested in going in on a group hunt.

be careful in Columbus Area, dont know this name but last year visited a guy said he had 500 acres with lots of bucks, drove over after paying money, guy had like 5 acres and was in a neighborhood with 3 blinds within 200 yards of each other...wasn"t an outfitter then just a man
avid deer hunter that is disable but God has still blessed me.

You might check with Aaron at JEB outfitters. Earlier this year they had good prices on doe day hunts. Ranch was about 2 hours from dfw.
