Just wondering if anyone has any experience with him. He has some leases listed I was thinking of looking at.

He is C and A leasing, has his own web site -->C&A<-- and advertizes on a few Chamber web sites & deertexas & txhuntinglease. I've talked to him a few times seems nice but IMO typical lease broker. 3 guys I used to talk to frequently did lease one of "his places", didnt have anything really bad to say but they did move on after 2 years. Just me, unless I personally knew the lease broker I wouldn't go through one again. Make sure the contract spells everything important to you out.

I have had bad luck in the past with a broker and am really hesitant about using one again.

I'm on one of his, and the guys next to us are also. As far as us we dont deal with him but once a year and having to get the law involved with one crappy neighbor. He's alright by me.
