Looking at getting a sendero in either 220swift or 223 already have a 204 ruger

it sounds like you already have the fast light bullets covered with that 204Ruger...maybe you need something thats bigger and shoots a bigger bullet?

of the choices you listed, I would go 223. You already have one expensive caliber. Why add another?

Sendero is only made in 7rem mag, 300 wm and 300rem UM.

Get 223. Ammo is all over the place. 220swift is less common. But after shooting 204, your not gonna have a really wide range of power.

If you just have an itch to buy another rifle. Get a 17 cal. Fireball, hornet...etc. The ultra fast, light bullets really can tear stuff up. They dump all they got right after entry. And wow they make a mess. You'd think they were explosive. They make good pest rounds. Not hunting rounds due to meat damage. Since they tend to turn small animals inside out.

Ive used 17HMR alot. And at close range(20yards), they turn cottontails into strawberry, ground meat, puree.
