Any Hamilton county reports? Are u guys seeing any rutting activity? I know it was windy this weekend so i didnt make it
just wondering how the deer have ben moving for others.

Been seeing mature bucks chasing does in Hico and in Hamilton, Sun morning I saw bucks chasing does..

Same on our place, real slow this weekend. Hunted pretty much all week and as the moon got brighter every night the fewer deer we saw as the week progressed. Looks like the rut is bout over on our place too.

It's just hard everywhere it seems...we need cold weather to stay longer than few days, and some rain wouldn't hurt either! Everything is coming to feeders at night, and food plots are drying up. Where do y'all hunt at in Hamilton? I hunt off cr 403 in Hamilton, I've hunted day in and day out and have had no luck...

Wait till around the 15th. I predict cold weather and no moon. This oughtta get em moving. I hope anyway, I'll be hanging in a tree out there on the family farm
