I am going to throw out mallard/pintail. Only reason being is the bill which has the markings of pintail plus the brown head and green patches are also pintail. Of other thought is greenwing teal but that would be odd.

Pintail- feathers on top side of neck leading into body, wing and bill. Not positive but I'd put a dollar on it I was thinking pintail looking at the bill.

Looks like pintail from the wing, bill and the feathers on its back and brown on the head.. but it could go either way
