He was so happy to kill this deer he couldn't shut up. It was funny, I had to show him how to fit it but he got it done. He killed it in may in between rising star and Brownwood. 13.5" spread. Not real big but it's his biggest and he's proud to have it. Especially after he choked on a buck about like that during archery only season. I let him use my bow and if it wasn't this deer it was one that looked exactly like it. He walked up and the poor kid got buck fever and started laughing then jerked left at a shot of the buck walking off.
