I have tried repeatedly to contact the company that built it, and have not had any luck at all in getting a call back. If someone is in the north texas area I could bring by today or tomorrow.

Not cycling at all. Even manually pulling charge handle back. It will pick up round but not close enough to fire.

What ammo are you using? Does it do it all the time or just with certain loads/brands? Sounds to me like the OAL may be too long.

Dallas custom reloads is the ammo. I am pretty sure that the ammo is okay. It worked fine before.

It doesn't even get the next round started. Just scratches the top of the next round.

Mag problem sounds like. Put the mag in with bolt open and slam it in and see how she does . And try different mag

It doesn't even get the next round started. Just scratches the top of the next round. sounds like a mag issue
What kind of lights does it shoot out?
Like are we talkin the mini bulb Christmas lights or a 500 watt flood light?

what type of gas system? carbine should cycle both sub &super sonic ammon?

Its the ring right in front of you chamber inside the handguard has come loose needs to be retightened and fixed with set screws. Just had a friend with same problem.Also if the 3 washers inside your bolt carrier are not offset just a bit will cause problems.

probably ammo, have some of DR 110 vmax that where not sized right, try another brand of ammo!
If the stores closed up tomorrow, a man should have enough Ammunition, Bic lighters,Tabasco sauce, Whiskey, and freeze dried Coffee to last him and his family until the casket.

There are three gas rings on ALL ar based rifles on the bolt, hidden inside of the BCG. The gas block is on the front of the barrel.

Got a lighter spring today from White Wing Weaponry and fixed the problem. I highly recommend these guys. I thought I had a more serious problem and they had the chance to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Thankfully, they did not take advantage of me. Sold me a $5 spring and sent me on my way. I will continue to do biz with these guys!!
