Definately looks like a big cat of some sort.. However, big cats must be fuzzy creatures cause they always make for a blurry pic. grin

Looks like a camera setting on the ground, and a picture of a bobcat to me... Unless those feeder legs are made of 6" casing and they are 30 foot tall. grin

I would say housecat due to size. If those weeds in the foreground and around the cat are normal size(look quite a bit less than a foot tall) then that cat is small.

Just looks a lot longer than any bobcat i have seen. And the head is small without much furry fur around the neck.

I did just do some squatchin with bobo and the clowns on tv though so maybe i am being swayed...

agreed, you (or the guys who hunt that area) could always just go check the ground for prints to see how big they are.

Hard too tell, with nothing to campare the size to. And the fact that the animal is at the edge of the picture where you could see a tail if it were a mountain lion.

It's hard to tell with the blur and no way to get an idea on how big the animal is. I would look for tracks to know for sure. I found some big cat tracks on our place, and it kind of freaked me out. They are very distinct in their shape and size. Look them up on the internet and go scout for tracks.

Looks like bobcat markings on the leg.

Funny thing about getting older:
Your eyesight starts getting weaker but your ability to
see through people's BS gets much better.

Bobcats have markings all over and who is to say that is a marking and not some blood from a recent kill or just mud. Not a bobcat IMO!!
