I put a Nikon monarch ucc on my AR and the reticles will not move far enough to the right to sight in even at 50 yards? Never had this happen before?

It's on one of the one peice Nikon AR mounts

Sounds like either the bore is not aligned with the scope rail or the one piece mount is not right ie not straight. Now you have to figure out which and correct it. Not that uncommon of a problem.

Sounds like the base is way off. Try to remount it better centered.

You could try reversing the mount, if the adjustment is out the other way then it is the mount. If it stays to the same side then the rail is not aligned with the bore, then try what LP suggested and at least know what to start working on to correct

Like already stated, either the rail or base is off a little, or both off in the same direction. Try flipping the rail or base, if possible, and see if that helps. If not, you can shim it with the correct size piece of coke or beer can cut the right size and inserted on the edge of the base.

If none of that works, then here's a simple solution. Get a set of millet rings. The rings can be adjusted to the right or left by simply loosening the screw on one side and tightening the other. Sometimes a shadetree gunsmith or someone who calls himself a gunsmith gets his hands on a tap and die set and offsets a screwhole. Usually an adjustable set of rings will solve the issue if it's not too bad
