We are hunting SE OK, still have not seen any signs of full blown rut there. Maybe a bit of interest but not ready where we are. I'm hoping it will pick up after thanksgiving I'm headed back for 3 days of hard hunting. Good luck!

Good luck to both of you. I have often considered hunting Oklahoma since I have alot of family land up there I could hunt for free. Just haven't got around to it.

They've been ruttung hard since muzzleloader here in Oklahoma. Lots of deer have been chasing for past 3 weeks.
I hunted a few hours from the house this weekend and every buck we saw was either trailing or chasing doe's. The rut is in full swing, hopefully this warm weather doesn't stop their daytime movement

I hunt Johnston County and all the bucks at our place that have been chasing are small and young, the older bucks have been by themselves just grazing.

I am also headed back to Oklahoma and can't wait. I only get to go about every 2 or 3 weeks. Hope that I haven't missed all of the rut!
