This weekend I will be going to a friends exotic deer lease in junction which has Axis,Fallow and some Black buck, Sika. Can you guys guve me some tips and pointers about ageing these animals. I know how to age a whitetail but I want to be respectful and not shoot any young deer off of his lease. thanks

With axis & fallow they are the same as whitetails or very close witht the body characteristics. With blackbucks at this time of year if they aren't almost all black then they are juvenille. Look for blackbucks with 3 curls or better and more than likely it will be a middle aged or older buck. Good luck on your hunt.

Like what huntnguide said. Look on here and the internet at the different animals and you can get a good idea what a mature one looks like. Good luck.
