Man I'm so ready for season can't wait to cook one up have never had one, hear their like ribeye in the sky. Do you fix like wild turkey? I cut the turkey into strips batter an fry.

Ok, thanks anyway. Maybe I didn't word it correctly, "how do you fix sandhill cranes" I have never had it. Thanks

I've never tried it myself, but I've heard of people chicken frying it or just filleting it and cooking it in a cast iron skillet over high heat, like a steak. I've been meaning to try it, but the only time I ever see Sandhills is when I'm deer hunting.

My favorite way for sandhill crane is smoked.
