I just purchased a bow tech assassin. It has a 29" draw length and is currently set at 60 lbs but can go up to 70 lbs. What arrows would you recommend for this set up? And what broad heads?arrow rest? (currently I'm using a whisker biscuit)
would you recommend for deer hunting. Any info. Would be great.

thanks

Gold tip 7595 xt for 29" 60lbs for strong spine or Gold Tip 3555 for weeker spine. I would go with the 7595. Get a QAD rest. It is a Fall Away rest and the best there is. Slick Trick broadheads for cut on contact or Grim Reapers for Mechanicals. Sounds like You bought the Assassin Package bow. The above said is Quality stuff.
Gold Tip xt Arrows...$99.00 doz
QAD rest $ 130.99

I've got the same bow but set at 70#. I shoot easton powerflights with a 340 spine, but for 60# you can go with a 400, these arrows are very similar to the gold tip expedition hunters mentioned above. QAD drop aways are awesome. I shoot the QAD exodus broadheads, they're sharp, tough and fly like my field points.

I have the same bow and really like the CE Maxima Blue Streaks with a weight of 350. Recommend getting a fall away rest and lose the Whisker Biscuit. I am preferable to the RipCord rest. Good luck with whatever you decide.

If you plan to stick with the Whisker Biscuit (and why not? Lots of folks, including me, use one), I would suggest an arrow with a slick exterior surface. I've used Easton Epics and CE Maxima Hunters and like both...quiet and effective. The Maximas have held up better to lots of shooting though. I would suggest a 400 spine if you're keeping the bow at 60, but if you go up any, I'd go with 350 spine.

Boom!

Carbon Express Maxima blue streaks. Mechanical-Rage or Grim Reaper, Fixed blade-I shoot Slick Tricks and love them. I would recomend Magnus Stinger Buzzcuts also.
